Gurufram-based Capital Infra Trust Invt incorporated in Sep 2023, deals with generally revenue-generating infra projects. It is generally an Infrastructure investment trust sponsored by Gawar Construction Limited. It is registered with the SEBI under InvIT regulations and it is focusing its investment in infrastructure across the several states of India and also focus on its development activities.
The sponsor company has a specialty in end-to-end development of road and highway projects across India. It has developed highways and roads in more than 19 states of India. It has also collaborated with many Indian government agencies that are responsible for developing roads and highways such as NHAI (National Highways Authority of India), CPWD (Central Public Works Department), and MoRTH(Ministry of Road Transport and Highways). Currently (Dec 2024) around 26 road projects have been developed with a total length of around 683 Km (approx) and a life span of around 11 years.
